The 2010 experiment

At the end of February this year i started my first solo art show. I have just turned 26 and feel that this is the time to create an architecture upon which i can start homesteading my future. And this artwork, these ideas they are my bricks and mud. The life i have lived is quite full, full and spilling over, There is too much creation for me to keep up with, i don't archive anything, i have never been so attached to the things i make that I must keep them, and for the most part materials are reused and the bits of art become some part of the big amorphous tornado that moves me from project to project. This is fun, dont get me wrong, and My intention is not to change the way i go about this, lord knows i have little to no control over these processes. But as I created this last huge show i realized that i was doing something that i would like to remember when i am a little old whithered and cantankerous man. It was with this in my mind that the idea struck, The experiment.
part one of the experiment is a test of will; can i collect myself enough to collect images of all the crazy things I do?
Part two is seeing if doing so will improve my motivations, inclinations, and possess.
Now i could go real nerd on all of you and write out a whole scientific possess and my hypothesis, but this you will be spared, but i will say this; My life is the experiment, all of our lives are experiments. we sway back and forth between reason, cause and reaction. We are all testing and retesting this reality, i am inviting all of you to witness the photographic documentation of a year of my life, witness with me all of the art, and chaos, and hopefully we will see some catalyst, some great mixing of ideas and chemicals that will blow this lab to bits.

So this is part one, Luminferous. A word meaning to convey , project or admit light. I chose this word because it is a cleaver way of saying that light can travel through the structures i have created but also it is an idea to me, I strong one. I believe that We (all the thinking beings in this universe) are luminferous, Our brains, our bodies, circuits through which light and information travel.
